Commons Bill [HL]

Proceeding contribution from Lord Livsey of Talgarth (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 28 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills on Commons Bill [HL].
My Lords, I note what the noble Lord says, but I do not think that it does any harm to re-emphasise the points made. We still have an opportunity at Third Reading. I know that it is not normal practice to table a lot of amendments for Third Reading; none the less, that opportunity is there. We have had a useful debate in the mean time. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 6 [Creation]:
