We have raised some important subjects here. These are both still pretty nebulous areas, even after the noble Lord’s enlightening replies. As I said, there is a lack of clarity as to the criteria that will be used in relation to Amendment No. 33, and there is a similar lacuna of certainty in relation to the area of arrangements for the provision of services as referred to in Amendment No. 35. Nevertheless, at this stage, I reserve my position, and shall study the noble Lord’s words with care at leisure. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
