Let me see what I can do with the question of the noble Lord, Lord Greaves, about the regulations. We shall need to consult on what actions remove a right of use. We hope that the regulations will be available as soon as possible. I cannot give a timescale, but I take the noble Lord’s point about the five-year period.
The noble Baroness, Lady Miller, asked about frequency of renewal of permission. It is not possible to apply for registration of a green voluntarily; it can be created only by long use. I do not know whether that answers her question.
