I thank the Minister for that response. I am very pleased that she will consider at least the spirit of Amendment No. 67.
As to Amendment No. 68, could the Minister go a little further and say to whom patients could appeal if they were looking for a change of policy or practice as a result of their complaint and did not feel that this had happened? Would it be the Health Service Ombudsman? Should this be on the face of the Bill?
