NHS Redress Bill [HL]

Proceeding contribution from Earl Howe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 23 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on NHS Redress Bill [HL].
I am grateful to the Minister for that reply. It is helpful to have on the record an indication of the Government’s intentions. It is also useful to know that consultation will take place with interested stakeholders. We shall await that process. That is all I have to say at this juncture, although we may proceed to talk about the clause as a whole if the noble Baroness, Lady Neuberger, wishes us to do so. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 49 not moved.] On Question, Whether Clause 8 shall stand part of the Bill?
