I am sure that the noble Baroness probably received a gentle chiding from me rather than anything else. Not everything is perfect in the NHS, even under this Government. We accept that people make mistakes and that they need to learn from their mistakes. As I say, Clause 10(2)(h) provides for those lessons to be learnt. We believe that Amendment No. 33 is inappropriate. Amendment No. 10 links two things: an explanation and the steps being taken to prevent a similar incident recurring, which strides into the territory of Amendment No. 33. That amendment is not appropriate, but I shall take away the matter of an apology and we shall return with appropriate wording on it.
