NHS Redress Bill [HL]

I support the noble Earl, Lord Howe, on this amendment. It may seem rather trivial to insist on the insertion of a four letter word in a Bill, but it is important from the point of view of the people who have made the mistake or been negligent. However, it is doubly important for the patient that he receives a full explanation.
