I am grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Barker, for raising that point, which I confess had not occurred to me. It is pertinent. I thank the Minister for his reply, which is much as I anticipated. He thoughtfully drew to the Grand Committee’s attention that bane of primary legislation, the list, which I accept can land us in trouble if we are not very careful. With my thanks to him, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
