I am grateful to the noble Lord, Lord Livsey, who is quite right. Returning to the issue of bracken and Lord Kilbracken, one of the problems is that there is now so much bracken around that quite often a visitor walking across common land will think an animal is abandoned or in the wrong place. It is quite an easy mistake to make. I should be grateful to hear from the Minister on that point. I shall read it carefully.
