Merchant Shipping (Pollution) Bill [HL]

My Lords, I am much obliged to the noble Baroness for giving way. Would it not be a good idea if whoever is responsible for the matter wrote to the IMO on this important issue to enable that body to respond? All Members of this House who want to attend meetings of the assembly should be able to do so. Having had responsibility for this matter in the past, I realise that very few people are aware of what the IMO does. The organisation is located not very far from here.
