My Lords, I thought that was what he said the first time, but as I said, Section 14 refers to:"““Application cy-près of gifts of donors unknown or disclaiming””." I am not sure that ““one, four””—14—is the right section for the Minister to be quoting. Perhaps he will write to me to tell me the right section so that we do not delay matters. I shall read with care what the noble Lord said, and will then come back to the matter before the next stage of the Bill.
