Trafalgar Square is not within the designated area at all. I know that it is quite improper to do so, but if I hold up this map—it is one that can be found on the website—your Lordships will see that the whole of the designated area is shown and that no part of Trafalgar Square is included within it. As far as I am aware, it is absolutely out of the designated area. We did that knowing of the concern.
