I thank the Minister for her response and I thank also the noble Lord, Lord Kingsland, and my noble friend Lady Williams for their contribution to the debate. I have no doubt that there will be challenges to this part of the legislation, particularly on the grounds of breach of the human rights convention. I am also sure that the issue will be raised from time to time when demonstrations take place. There will be other opportunities to confront the noble Baroness during Question Time when such matters arise. In the mean time—
