Unlike the two noble Lords, including the Minister, I have no interest whatever to declare. We have no difficulty with this order. It has been explained that it transfers the majority of the functions of the Secretary of State under Part 2 of the Companies Act. Articles 4 to 6 mention consultation, record keeping and notification of certain matters to the Secretary of State. This seems to be a reasonable order and we have no complaint.
