The noble Baroness said: I shall speak also to Amendments Nos. 164 to 166. The four amendments to Clause 43(1) are minor and technical amendments proposed simply to clarify the position about the transitional period in the clause. They are intended to express beyond doubt that the start of the transitional period will be the commencement of any parts of Clauses 1 to 3 and Schedule 1. Similarly, the commencement of any part or to any extent of Clauses 8 to 34 will be the point at which any transitional period ends. I beg to move.
