Equality Bill [HL]

I am very grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Miller of Hendon, for referring to my Private Member’s Bill. When I looked at the amendment I did not realise that I was responsible for those words. I also entirely agree with the substance of what has been said. We will address the over-bossy and prescriptive parts of the Bill when we come to them later.
