I shall speak briefly as I put my name to the amendment, to support what my noble friend Lady Turner of Camden said. I hear and am mindful of the comments of the noble Lord, Lord Lester of Herne Hill. I have worked with him on equality issues over the years, as well as the noble Lord, Lord Alli. Both supported the amendment in principle. It is a probing amendment, and I also await the Minister’s response with interest.
