I press further: what my noble friend is saying is that, if the information is GPS-based, it is permissible, and, if it is other than that, it is not permissible. There are hundreds—indeed, thousands—of shops throughout the country selling equipment that, if I understand my noble friend’s case correctly, would become illegal. Are those stores aware that that market will have to dry up?
