I thank my noble friend and other Members of the Committee who have taken part in this short debate. I find it interesting that research has taken place with regard to HGVs, whereas, of course, most crashes and road deaths involve smaller vehicles. However, I understand what my noble friend said, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
