I am grateful to the Minister for that uncompromising response. He brought up some heavy artillery with the cases from 1912. I shall read carefully what he said. I shall not attempt to answer a fairly technical legal point on the fly. When I have read his response and consulted upon it, I may wish to return to the issue again. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
