I am grateful to the Minister for that. I accept that the drafting was defective and needs to be smartened up. Perhaps he can find a way to deal with it. I have no wish unreasonably to tie the hands of the Charity Commission; we just do not want things to get very slack. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
