““( ) Unless to do so would prejudice the purpose of the order concerned, the Commission shall, as soon as practical, give a copy of the same to the charity itself (if a body corporate) or to one or more of the charity trustees on behalf of all of them.””””
The noble Lord said: The amendment would insert a new subsection at the end of new Section 19A, which Clause 20 inserts into the Charities Act 1993. The new section is headed,"““Power to give specific directions for protection of charity””."
It is an important clause. I beg to move.
