I thank the noble Baroness for that reply. As I said, this is a probing amendment and is not designed in any way to seek to defeat the Government. We support the legislation, but we are trying to find out exactly how the process is to work. The Minister has suggested that it will take around a year from now before the entire process is complete. We can look forward to it then coming properly into effect in this country. With that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
