There is a concern about who will make sure that they are doing their job properly and what redress there will be if they are not. I do not know whether the Minister is aware of a difficult television programme of traffic wardens in London clamping people. That was a farmed out, or contracted out, role. It was absolutely horrendous. I do not want that to happen in Northern Ireland.
