I do not run this place, but I shall have to say no to that. There is one Conservative Party and one Liberal Democrat Party but 180-odd Cross-Benchers of no party, all with an equally valid view. Therefore, if I said, yes to the noble Lord, I would have to say yes to 180 others. However, when major issues come before the House, sometimes before Second Readings of Bills we have had meetings in this Room on the all-party Whip, with officials and Ministers present, so that any Peer can raise issues and discuss them. That has happened in my four years in this House. That cannot be done on every item of Northern Ireland business because we deal with Northern Ireland differently. However, if there are particular concerns identified to me on certain issues, I shall always do my best to facilitate the supply of information in advance.
