My Lords, I want to comment on that because I had my thumb on my notes earlier, and the denouement of my speech was to have been to laud the noble Baroness, Lady Pitkeathley, for saying that it is a pity that the Bill does not really promote philanthropy in the way that it should to change British culture. I apologise to her and thank the Minister for letting me say it now.
