Appoints 1 April 2009 for the coming into force of paragraphs 32 to 36 of, and 1 April 2010 for the coming into force of paragraphs 1 to 31 and 37 to 66 of, Schedule 39 to the Finance Act 2008 for the specified purposes relating to time limits for assessments, claims etc. (C.24).
