Brings into force on 16 February 2009 sections 29 and 74 to 84 of, and for the specified purposes section 99 of, and Parts 2 and 4 to 6 of Schedule 9 to, the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 relating to offences committed outside the UK, intercept evidence, definition of "terrorism", armed forces, terrorist property, control orders, pre-charge detention and forfeiture of terrorist cash.
