Draft Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Port Waste Reception Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. (Affirmative instrument). Together with an explanatory memorandum and impact assessment from the Department for Transport. Laid before Parliament for approval by resolution of each House. Coming into force 14 days after the regulations are made.
