SI 2007/845. (Commencement order). Brings into force on 30 April for Northern Ireland the insertion of section 103D into the Nationality Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, made by section 26(6) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc) Act 2007. (C.33).
