Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No 8) Order 2005

SI 2005/243. (Commencement order). Brings into force nationally on 28 February 2005 sections 3(1) (where not already in force), 3(2)(j) and 6 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, in the police areas of Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Thames Valley sections 3(2)(a) to (i) and 5, in the metropolitan police district and the City of London police area section 3(2)(a) to (i) only in respect of immobilisation of vehicles and restriction and removal of vehicles and on 11 April 2005 sections 3(2)(a) to (i) and 5 where not already in force.
