Brings into force on 4 April 2005 sections 26(1) to (5) and (7) to (10), 26(6) (except that the insertion of section 103D into the 2002 Act shall not come into force in Northern Ireland) of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc) Act 2004.
