SI 2004/2999. (Commencement order). Brings fully into force on 1 December 2004 sections 4, 5, 7, 9, 10(1),(2),(6) and (7), 14 and 17 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc) Act 2004 and on 4 January 2005 section 11 of the Act. Also brings into force on 1 December 2004, for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to exercise specified powers to make subordinate legislation or to enable guidance to be made and issued, various other provisions.
