The right hon. Gentleman will know that the consultation has just ended on the reform of DLA, and the Government propose to gradually replace DLA from 2013 with a personal independence payment. Work is continuing on the exact structure of that payment, but our intention is to maintain mobility for those who genuinely need it, and to ensure that people do not miss out on the change from one regime to another.
