Business of the House

I welcome what the hon. Lady has said, and will draw it to the attention of relevant Ministers. Once again we have heard about the beneficial effect of regulations. This is not red tape or a health-and-safety culture, but proper regulation to protect people who are doing a very important job, and I welcome the fact that an Opposition Member has supported that rather than decrying it.
