Business of the House

Returning to the theme of being in a learning environment, several of my constituents are having difficulty getting into one because they cannot get the education maintenance allowance to which they are entitled as a result of computer problems. I took their cases up with the Learning and Skills Council on 7 November and I recently received a reply saying simply that all providers will be kept up to date. We need to do a bit better than that, so may we have a specific date and will the Education Secretary come to the Dispatch Box to tell us when it will be?
