I know that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change recognises, as does my hon. Friend, that it is not just the work of national Governments that matters, as it is also important to prompt work internationally and organisations in civil society need to work in partnership on climate change issues. I will raise my hon. Friend’s point with my right hon. Friend.
