Financial Guidance and Claims Bill (HL) 2017-19

The Deputy Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before her, that, in her opinion: Clauses 29 and 31 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Bill [Lords] as amended in Public Bill Committee (Bill 160) and Schedule 4 to the Bill as amended on Consideration relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
