Budget resolutions

The Speaker has certified for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83U, and on the basis of material put before him, he certifies that in his opinion the following founding motions published on 22 November 2017 and to be moved by the Chancellor of the Exchequer related exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland and are within devolved legislative competence; 3. Income tax (main-rates); 35. Stamp duty land tax (higher rates for additional dwellings); 36. Stamp duty land tax (relief for first-time buyers).
