Finance (No. 2) Bill 2016-17

The Deputy Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before her, that in her opinion- (a) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2) (as modified in its application by paragraph (4) of Standing Order No. 83S) Clause 2 relates exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland and is within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J;(b) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(4) (as modified in its application by paragraph (4) of Standing Order No. 83S) the following amendment made to the Bill since Second Reading relates exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland: the omission of Clause 60 of the Bill in Committee of the whole House.
