Enterprise Bill (HL) 2015-16

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before him, that in his opinion- (a) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2), the following Clauses of the Bill relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J: Clauses 30, 32, 39 and 40 as amended in the public bill committee (Bill 142) including any amendments made on report; (b) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(4), the following amendments made to the Bill since Second Reading relate exclusively to England and Wales: The omission in the public bill committee of Clauses 33 and 34 of the Bill as introduced (Bill 112); (c) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2), the following Clauses and Schedule relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J: Clauses 22, 23, 24, 25 and 27 of and Schedule 4 to the Bill as amended in the public bill committee (Bill 142) including any amendments made on report; (d) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(4), the following amendments made to the Bill since Second Reading relate exclusively to England: Amendments 10 to 18 made in the public bill committee to Clause 26 of the Bill as introduced (Bill 112) now Clause 32 of the Bill as amended in the public bill committee (Bill 142).
